Our Receptionist Nisha is the newest member of our staff. Nisha juggles the requests of incoming telephone callers, clients, staff members and lawyers alike with ease. Nisha’s familiarity with approximately 300 domestic and international Corporate and Limited Liability Company clients is gained from constantly updating the names of company shareholders, officers, directors and members many of whom have offices in multiple provinces, states and countries.

Moses. Nisha insures that clients attend to Annual License Renewals and Delinquency Notices to avoid penalties, delinquencies and administrative dissolutions.
