Our Receptionist Liz is the newest member of our staff. Liz juggles the requests of incoming telephone callers, clients, staff members and lawyers alike with ease. Liz’s familiarity with approximately 300 domestic and international Corporate and Limited Liability Company clients is gained from constantly updating the names of company shareholders, officers, directors and members many of whom have offices in multiple provinces, states and countries.

Liz processes Minutes of Annual Meetings of Shareholders, Minutes of Annual Meetings of Boards of Directors, Minutes of Annual Meetings of Limited Liability Company Members and Consents in Lieu of Annual Meetings as drafted by Gene R. Moses. Liz insures that clients attend to Annual License Renewals and Delinquency Notices to avoid penalties, delinquencies and administrative dissolutions.
