Legal Assistant to Gene R. Moses. Cheri joined the Law Offices of Gene R. Moses P.S. in July of 2005.

Cheri is well known to approximately 300 domestic and international corporate clients whose shareholders, officers and directors rely upon her administrative and organizational skills to ensure that their Corporate and Limited Liability Company records are properly set up and maintained. Cheri has extensive experience in preparing, processing and filing Articles of Incorporation, Certificates of Formation, Bylaws, Operating Agreements, Minutes of Shareholders Meetings, Minutes of Board of Directors Meetings, Minutes of Meetings of Limited Liability Company (LLC) Members, Applications for Authority to Transact Business as a Foreign Corporation and Certificates of Dissolution. Cheri navigates the maze of Secretaries of State and Departments of Commerce in states throughout the nation to insure our client’s registrations and governmental filings are in order.

Cheri is also well known to Corporate and Limited Liability Company bookkeepers, Certified Public Accountants and/or Chartered Accountants as the person who provides them with the documentation necessary to address their domestic and cross border tax issues. Cheri is proactive in making certain that our international clients and their immigration lawyers receive an Immigration Package sufficient to support various Visa applications.
